FAST COOKING TIMES
Cook your ZENB spaghetti uncovered, stirring intermittently until it is cooked to your desired taste. A firmer or 'al dente' texture will take approximately 5-7 minutes, but it's also delicious with a softer finish. Whilst ZENB spaghetti cooks just like ordinary pasta, it is far from ordinary as it's made from one special ingredient, the yellow pea. ZENB uses the entire yellow pea to get as much of the nutritional benefits as possible, particularly the high fibre content found in the pea skin.
