Yutaka Yuzu Ponzu is soy sauce seasoned with the juice of the Japanese citrus fruit Yuzu. Light and tangy, it is a great dip for any fried dish, or can be used as a salad dressing. INGREDIENTS Dark SOY sauce (66%) [Water, Salt, SOYbeans, WHEAT, Alcohol], Rice Vinegar [Water, Rice, Salt], Mirin [Glucose syrup, Water, Fermented rice alcohol (Water, Rice, Alcohol, Salt, Acidity regulator: citric acid, Enzyme Rice malt), Sugar, Spirit vinegar, Acidity regulator: citric acid, Cane molasses], Lemon juice concentrate (3.8%) [Lemon Juice concentrate, Sodium Metabisulphite(SULPHITES)], Yuzu juice (1.9%), Kombu Extract [Hydrogenated starch (Corn, Potato, Sweet potato, Cassava), Water, Salt, Alcohol, Yeast Extract (Yeast, Dextrin (Sweet potato)], Kelp Extract [Kelp extract hydrogenated starch, Corn, Potato, Sweet potato, Cassava, Salt, Starch), Thickener: Xanthan gum (Corn, SOYbeans), Salt.
