How to Cook Organic Ancient Black Rice

Ingredients

1 cup organic ancient black rice
2 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
1 tsp salt

Instructions

Pour your measured cups of water or broth into a large pot.
Add the rice to the water or broth.
Bring water to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer 20 to 35 minutes
Turn off the heat and leave the pot for 15minutes
Fluff the rice with a fork to separate the grains and serve
