The circumference measurement of the skin (above the cast) is THE most important measurement. The YUNCHI cast cover will work properly if you have a cast and if there is a tight seal around the skin. To help ensure a good fit, please use our handy size chart, above, which includes circumference and length. The most important measurement is the circumference. Select a longer cast cover if the circumference matches. The length can be adjusted once it is on the leg.

Another important tip:

YUNCHI cast cover needs at least 2" of space between the cast and the joint/tendons/bone to get a water-tight seal. Please measure above the knee, around the thigh, if needed.
