Specific Pairing Instructions for this Wireless CarPlay

How to Use:

Forget the regular Bluetooth & WiFi connection to the car.
Start the car and wait for the module to be loaded.
Connect the wireless CarPlay dongle to your vehicle's USB or USB C port.
Turn on your iPhone's WiFi (make sure not to connected to any other Wi-Fi networks).
Then turn on your Bluetooth (make sure your Bluetooth not connected to any other devices), and search for "SmartDongle-xxxx" and click it to pair. After a few seconds, the phone will prompt "Use Carplay" then click it and wait for 5-15 seconds it will connect successfully.
After the first pairing, the CarPlay will automatically reconnect to your iPhone for the next use. (please make sure your iPhone's WiFi and Bluetooth are turned on). In some cars, you may need to select "Auto Start" in the CarPlay settings to activate this feature.

Note Please:

This carplay dongle can be paired with multiple iPhones, but multiple iPhpne cannot be used at the same time. By default, the system will automatically connect to the last used iPhone.
If you want to pair to a new iPhone, you must disconnect the carplay from the previously used iPhone and then follow the pairing instructions to manually pair it again.

When using wireless CarPlay for the first time or connecting automatically, always ensure that your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not connected to any other Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices besides the carplay dongle. Otherwise, wireless CarPlay may not function properly.
The automatic connection feature of the wireless car play dongle requires you to set its Wi-Fi network to "Auto-Join": A. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Ask to Join Networks: Select "Notify"; B. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap on "Smart Dongle-xxx" and then tap the information (i) icon on the right side > Enable "Auto-Join".
After pairing, the wireless carplay dongle will disconnect from your phone's Bluetooth. If your phone's Bluetooth is connected to other devices at that time, it may result in unavailable CarPlay microphone input or audio playback. You may need to manually disconnect your phone from other Bluetooth devices or disable Bluetooth altogether to fix this issue.
