From the fourth day to the seventh day, you can wear it for more than 1 hour per day according to the situation, and you can wear it on the eighth day according to the actual situation.

2.Since both sides of the lens are obstacles to astigmatism, you need to turn your head and eyes to clearly see the objects on both sides. If you look at these areas, your eyes may be distorted and you may feel uncomfortable.

3.If you don't know what strength you need,just go to your local shops that sell glasses,to find the strength that suits your eyes.Then order that strength in the frames that you want from us. Please have your eyes examined regularly by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.
