About the installation of protective film: 1. Clean the screen with the provided alcohol prep. Then clean wet area with the provided micro fiber cloth. If you start at the right and the glass screen protector starts gluing from the left or middle, you will get air bubbles under your screen. Second way: Insert volume knob through hole, line up the landmarks and push down on the left side to start the attaching process on the left side. Hold up the right side of the glass screen protector with the suction cup and make sure it attaches like a smooth wave from left to right.
