Mirror & Extend Dual Mode:

--Mirror and Extend Mode Settings:

1. For MacOS, Top left corner Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Displays-->Mirror or Extend Displays.

2. For Windows 10, press Windows key + P combination command-->choose Duplicate or Extend.

3. For Windows system laptop, if the external monitor could not work, please update the BIOS and graphic card driver from laptop official website.

--If the resolution of your laptop is higher than the external monitor.

1. For windows, Windows Menu--> Setting--> Display--> Advanced Display Settings, set your laptop's resolution same as or lower the resolution of external monitor.

2. For MacOS, Left-upper Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Displays-->Mirror displays. Then your HDMI & VGA monitor would mirror your Mac. However here you have two choices. One is "Optimize For" your built-in Retina Display, the other is "Optimize For" your HDMI monitor.

--Note:

1. HDMI Resolution up to 4K@30h, down compatible with 2K, 1080P, 1080I, 720P.

2. VGA Resolution up to 1080P@60Hz, down compatible with 1080P, 720P.

3. Use only HDMI or VGA port for one monitor. Support Mirror and Extended Mode. HDMI support 4K @30Hz and VGA support 1080P@60Hz.

4. Use HDMI and VGA Together for 2 monitors. Only support Mirror Mode. 2 monitors will duplicate each other. Max resolution is 1080P.
