Yau's Thai Red Curry Paste (280g x 3jars). It's not just all about the heat. Yau's Thai Red Curry Paste's rounded flavour is completed by heat, not dominated by it. It's typically much lower in salt than comparable Thai curry pastes, which makes it suitable to be used like a pesto. However, it comes into it's own when paired with coconut milk. Create a traditional Thai Curry by cooking the paste in hot oil (1-1.5 tbsp per person), adding your protein (or marinate in advance), and vegetables, then adding around 100ml of coconut milk per person and heating up. This will deliver a medium heat, which you can tailor to your own preference by using more or less paste or coconut milk. A jar will go a long way too, typically 12-14 servings, so we'd also recommend freezing the remainder into single serving cubes. These will melt quickly in your pan or wok.
