How to use

Day time: Use 1 or 2 discs as you prefer
Night time (when sleeping): Use 2 discs, 1 either side of mouth.
Position the tan side of the adhesive disc on gum outside upper/lower jaw.
Use your tongue to guide it to a comfortable spot.
Once in place leave alone for 10 or more seconds to ensure good adhesion.
Do not place discs on roof of the mouth as they may become dislodged.
