About FAQ
FAQ1: Factors affecting blood pressure measurement values
To ensure accurate readings, it's essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle by:
- Consuming a ow-fat, low-sodium diet
- Engaging in regular physical activity
- Maintaining a healthy weight
- Managing stress levels
FAQ2: Why must the measurement be at the same height as the heart
The wrist blood pressure monitor should be positioned at the same level as the heart to accurately reflect blood pressure levels. When the arm is elevated above the heart, the measured value may be lower than actual blood pressure readings. To obtain accurate measurements, it's recommended to maintain good posture during measurement and rest for 10 minutes before taking measurements.
FAQ3: What is the reason for not working and how to solve it
There are a few common issues that may cause the wrist blood pressure monitor to malfunction. Here are some possible solutions:
1. The lithium battery may be dead. We recommend fully charging the monitor before use to ensure optimal battery life.
2. The cuff may not work even if the machine is turned on. In this case, try removing the cuff and fastening it again. The cuff may have been bent, or the connection may be loose, which can cause issues. You can refer to the "Product guides and documents" page for instructions on how to remove and adjust the cuff.
3. The measurement may not be accurate if you are not sitting upright and relaxed or if you are talking or moving during measurement. Take a few deep breaths and relax your arms naturally before taking measurements. Sit upright with your wrist at the same level as your heart and avoid talking or moving during the measurement process.
4. If you receive an error message during measurement, refer to the manual of tips and corresponding solutions that we have uploaded to the page. This should help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
FAQ4: All products will simulated testing before leaving the factory. The detected data will be retained once or twice on average to indicate that the product is in a normal usable state. Subsequent products will no longer retain test data after undergoing comprehensive inspection.
