Wright's garlic and rosemary focaccia bread mix creates 3 rounds from your existing sponge tins or one large loaf from your grill pan or meat tin - for all that tearing and sharing. It has a wonderful Mediterranean flavour bursting with garlic and rosemary sprigs. For 500g of bread mix, add 310ml of warm water and 90ml of olive oil. This mix works brilliantly in bread making machines or by hand from your oven at home. The bread can be used for pizza bases and is a great base for your own ideas, whatever the family favourite is. Suitable for vegetarians and, when cooled and covered, freezes very well. Packaged in plastic free, recylable FSC paperbags. Each pack is 500g and makes approximately 16 servings, which is 3 loaves. There are 5 packs in this 2.5kg wholesale bulk pack. - Machine Baking: Add the bread mix, water and half the required olive oil into a mixing machine. Once half risen, lift the lid of the bread machine, dimple the dough and then pour the remaining balance of the oil over the top. Then close the lid and then let the machine programme finish.
