This will liquefy the hard wax and the scratches will be filled. (Or you can directly use a lighter to heat the waxes.)

4. Wait for the wax to dry, then wipe/scrape off the excess wax to smooth out the surface.

5. Please repeat steps 3 to 4 if necessary.
