- Motherwort aerials: Leonurus cardiaca, the Latin name, means lionhearted. It's a calming herb and it's said to soothe frayed nerves, and act as a mother's comforting embrace.
- Passionflower aerials: Passiflora incarnata is known for its beautiful and unique flowers and thrives throughout the world, including the southern United States. This vining plant has long been used to support restful sleep and calm the mind.
- Milky Oat tops: Avena sativa is the seed of common oats. It deeply nourishes the nervous system, especially when it is overworked from mental, emotional and physical exhaustion.
- Scullcap: Scullcap (also written Skullcap) extracts contain large amounts of flavonoids and are prepared from the aerial parts of the Scutellaria lateriflora plant. The flavonoids are believed to be the active components accounting for its calming activity.
