1. Doesn’t work:

Only plugged into the TV USB port:

TV’s USB port SUPPORTS output audio: Adjust the TV audio to “USB”.
TV’s USB does NOT support output audio: Change connection to 3.5mm or RCA. If your device only has optical output port, please e-mail us, we will ship an optical adapter to you.

Plugged in USB port and 3.5mm/RCA port at the same time:

Please follow the manual to adjust the TV audio.
After adjusted TV audio, it still has no sound: please take off the USB transmitter from the TV, and get power to the USB transmitter via power adapter.

2. Not paired: Please follow the manual to repair the item. After the pairing is successful, the headphone flashes green slowly and the USB transmitter long lights green.

3. How to make TV and headphone have sound at the same time: Connect the device to TV via RCA (red/white) connection; follow the point “TV Setting” on the manual to adjust the TV audio.

4. If the headphone received poor sound: This is caused by the incompatible TV and USB transmitter. Please take off the USB transmitter from the TV, and get power to the USB transmitter via power adapter.
