The earbuds don't have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), please select the appropriate eartips

5.Poor Sound Quality?

Replace the appropriate eartips to ensure airtightness.

6.Only one Earbuds Can be Use?

(1) Put 2 earbuds in the charging case for charge.

(2) Delete the previous bluetooth pairing information on the phone.

(3) Take out 2 earbuds and pair it with phone again.
