We designed the charging coil toggle switch so that our products can charge more screen size electronic devices.

How to adjust the right switch?

• For VERTICALLY charging, the Screen Size of the device is

=5.8'', adjust the switch up (Default mode)

<5.8'' (like iPhone 13mini/12 mini/ 8), adjust the switch down.

• For HORIZONTALLY charging, ajust right button down and open the horizontal bracket to put the cell phone on it.

Notes:

This wireless charger can't charge my phone, what should I do?

• Please check if your phone with a metal case, if so, please remove it because metal can interfere with wireless charging.
• This wireless charger designed the charging coil toggle switch, please try to adjust the up and down button on the right side.Reboot your phone.
• Unplug the adapter and plug it in again.
• The phone charges intermittently, or the indicator light flashes, please use a fast charging cable and a sufficient power adapter, 9V/2A or 18W above

Can I charge my phone with the case on?

• The wireless charger charges through a phone case that is no more than 6mm (0.23 inches) thick. Charging speed is also reduced when charging with a phone case.

Charging is not as fast as I expected, it's slow?

• Please try again with another QC2.0/3.0 adapter and another charging cable that supports fast charging. If your phone is a Galaxy phone, please make sure you have wireless fast charging enabled.
