2. Remove the product protective film
3. Align the phone battery position or Centre
4. Press lightly to make a firm fit. The ring can only be used once.

Why the LED light flashes and the wireless charging station doesn't work, how can deal with this problem?

• Make sure your smart phone supports the magnetic wireless charging function before using this wireless charger. (Only support for iPhone 14, 13 and 12 series)
• If you have Airpods 2 but could not charge, please check if your Airpods 2 has wireless charging function. As Airpods 2 has two version, one version does not have wireless charging function, our wireless charger can only charge the Airpods 2 with wireless charging function.
• Only support for MagSafe case less than 3mm. Make sure there are no metal/magnetic/pop socket/credit card behind your devices. Better to charge it without case to get better charging experience.
• Please put your devices in the correct position and aim at the Charging coil.
• Check if you use the power adapter (included) to charge the wireless charger. Do not plug into computer USB port or any other non-certified USB port
• Test with other USB A to C cables.
