Please make sure your mobile phone bluetooth is connected to carplay instead of the original car bluetooth.

Audio Latency:

A:The adaptation of each car is different. Only about 1% of the car models will have audio delay problems, but this is a normal phenomenon within the range, because wireless carplay adapter with transmission technology, and the data needs to be cached during the transmission process. If the cache is lowered, it will cause lag issues.

Disconnecting & Reconnecting:

A:Try bluetooth "renaming" your iPhone to something other than "xxx's iPhone" such as "xxx0101"...anything that doesn't have the word "iphone" in fact. When your phone is named with the word "iphone" in the device, it then tries to connect to all similarly named devices around it. As soon as I changed it to something else it immediately fixed my disconnection issue and has been working fine.
