Why is wireless charging not working with my phone?

Make sure you are using a compatible adapter, PD 18W and above fast car charger or wall adapter required for Fast Charging Mode (INCLUDED).
Ensure that you place the wireless charger pad on a flat surface and make sure your phone is in the center of the pad.
If the phone is hot, allow it to cool down. Your phone may get warm while it charges, wired or wirelessly. On the other hand, wireless charging generates more heat since it's not as efficient as wired charging through cables. When the phone battery gets too warm, it might stop charging to protect the battery.
Try removing your case or other accessories on your device. Cases made of metal or with attachments including MagSafe cases will interfere with charging. Do not place metal objects, magnets, metal rings, RFID cards, holders, or credit cards in between your device and the wireless charger. These may block wireless signals or cause overheating.

What’s the metal box in the cable? It gets warm during charging, is it safe?

Inside this metal box in the cable is the wireless charger's PCB/Motherboard. This patented design means the PCB/Motherboard and wireless charging coils are in separate locations. Which greater spreads out the heat of charging, resulting in increased charging efficiency. Not only is the charging speed faster but also ensures your phone won't overheat.
Although the metal box may feel warm there is no risk of it getting too hot to cause damage to you or your phone. The wireless charger is equipped with numerous safety features including overcharge, over-current, over-voltage protection & temperature control to ensure this won't happen.

How do I speed up fast wireless charging?

For fast wireless charging, at least an 18W adapter is required (INCLUDED)
Make sure your smartphone doesn't only support wireless charging, it also has to support fast wireless charging. For example, iPhone supports 7.5W /15W while the Samsung Galaxy phones support 10/15W, and most other devices are below 10W. (Note: REESTECQI wireless charger provides a max 7.5W charge for the iPhone 13/12 series. To charge the iPhone 12/13 series at 15W, please use an official MagSafe wireless charger). Some devices can now support up to 55W, but that is only possible with their official wireless charger.
If you are using lots of apps on your phone, including sat nav; your phone battery will drain faster and make charging your phone slower. Close apps running in the background to speed up the charging process.
