FAQ2: Why do the side arms won't work:

1.Try to unplug the charging cable and plug it in again

2.Plug the cable into the QC2.0/3.0 car charger to ensure the motor has enough electricity when you release/clamp the phone, otherwise the side arms will not work

3.The side arms are obstructed. In this case, please feel free to let us know, we will solve the problem within 24 hours
