Unable to charge/Slow charge/Charging intermittently:

1. Wireless charging needs to be supported by your phone. NOTE: If your phone does not support wireless charging, please buy a wireless charger receiver suitable for your phone.

2. QC 3.0 adapter is required for the fast charge function. NOTE: QC 3.0 adapter is not included with the CellSessories offer.

· Quick Charge 3.0 adapter can reach up to 22V of output or more, while car USB ports typically supply up to 5V/0.5amp of output, and hence cannot support fast wireless charging; Use of GPS, Bluetooth while charging will deplete the battery and reduce charging speed;

3. Phone cases can interfere with charging, so it’s necessary your case is not thicker than 4mm, uneven/rugged, metal, and that it doesn’t contain a ring holder or credit cards. NOTE: Any of these will trigger foreign object detection, and will interrupt charging.

4. Overheating can slow down the charger, resulting in reduced charging speed. In order to prevent overheating, it’s essential that you do the following: Avoid using Bluetooth, GPS, and other apps that drain battery power; Place charger below the dashboard surface to minimize heat exposure;

5. Expandable bottom tray enables perfect alignment with phones that are 4.4” - 6.5 in length, and 2.3" - 3.4" wide (including case); NOTE: It is essential that the center of the back of the phone is aligned to the center of the charger to enable maximum charging speed.

Suction cup won’t stick

1. Bottom of the suction cup may harden when it’s cold, which may affect the sticking power. Quick fix:

· Rinse and air dry the suction cup which should help restore stickiness

· Warm it up with hot air and then place on the dashboard or windshield.

· Place the suction cup on a flat surface and ensure the locking switch is up, then press the switch downwards to lock the mount in place. After the installation, angle can be adjusted.

· Our round holder, a gift to you, can be used to further support the suction cup

· NOTE: avoid curvy, bumpy, leather, plush, and wall surfaces

Automatic Clamping doesn't work:

1. If the charger is not powered, the automatic arm clamps will stop functioning.

2. QC 3.0 adapter is required in order to power the charger and the clamps.

· NOTE: QC 3.0 adapter is not included with the CellSessories offer.

· Our charger’s built-in ultra-capacitor enables usage even when the car engine is shut off. Once the power is no longer being supplied however, you can manually open the clamps by lightly touching the sensor on the side of the charger.
