3. What Charging cable needed?

Please make sure the system version of your device is Windows 8/10+, Mac OS 10.10+, iPad OS/iOS 13.0+, or Android 4.3+.
USB Connection: Remove the USB receiver, restart the keyboard and mouse, and your device, then try to pair it again. You can also try to change the USB ports or other devices.
BT Connection: Delete all of the Bluetooth connections from your device, restart the keyboard and mouse, and your device, then try to pair it again (Make sure the Bluetooth channel enters a pairing mode).

2. What should I do if the keyboard/mouse stops working?

Please observe the power of the keyboard/mouse in time, and charge it fully when the battery is dead or low.
USB Connection: Remove the USB receiver, restart the keyboard and mouse, and your device, then try to pair it again. You can also try to change the USB ports or other devices.
BT Connection: Delete all of the Bluetooth connections from your device, restart the keyboard and mouse, and your device, then try to pair it again (Make sure the Bluetooth channel enters a pairing mode).
