ABOUT WINNER CALCIUM ALGINATE DRESSING

Alginate dressing is an advanced moist wound dressing, composed with highly absorbent alginate fiber which is derived from seaweed

The dressing is indicated for the moderate to heavy exuding wounds, contains mannuronic acid and guluronic acid (50%-70% Mannuronic acid and 30%-50% Glucuronic acid)

Calcium Alginate dressing absorbs exudate and forms a protective layer of gel-like surface over the wound that supports a moist wound healing environment and keeps the dressing from adhering to the wound

WINNER CALCIUM ALGINATE DRESSING

Calcium Alginate Dressing won't adhere to the wound surface, which allows intact removal. Minimize pain while dressing change.It does not scratch, irritate or stick to the wound, making for super easy changing and removing.
The dressing Can be cut to fit the size of the wound.
This dressing is not self adhesive and will require a secondary dressing (such as island dressing, gauze pad/rolls with tape, gauze pads and self adhesive bandages or any other adhesive dressings) to secure it on wound.

Clean the wound area in accordance with normal precedures

Peel off the clear PU package

Step 3.

Cut or fold the wound dressing until wound pads completely overlap the wound

Step 4.

Secure the wound dressing with tapes, surgical socks,or other adhesive dressing to keep it in place

Alginate dressing is intended for moderate to heavily exuding wounds like partial and full thickness burns, donor sites, foot ulcer, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, cavity wounds and most other granulating wounds.

?Scope Of Application?- Indicated for moderate to heavy exudate wound, such as leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcer, venous stasis wound, bedsore, pressure sore, 1-2 degree burns, post surgical wound, traumatic wound, donor sites &more. ?Conforms to the Wound Shape?- Easy to cut to size with medical scissors if you need to. 4in X 4in, 10 Individually Sterile Package.This soft alginate dressing is easy to cut or fold, when place it over your deep wounds. Don't forget to cover with a adhesive dressing, surgical socks, tapes to keep it in place. ?Easy to Apply and Remove?- Our non adherent wound pad is painfree to remove, compared with regular gauze that might stick to your wound or irritate the thin skin.
