Description

Replace the short flex cable that connects the display daughter board to the logic board. This cable is compatible with MacBook Pro 13" with Retina Display Late 2016 to Mid 2017 A1708, 2019 A2159 and 2020 A2289 A2338.

This display flex cable is also called the eDP (Embedded DisplayPort) cable.
The display cable connects the LCD screen to the logic board.
The cable carries signal from the LCD screen, FaceTime HD camera, and Ambient light sensor to the logic board.
Includes a mylar cowling to cover the screws that secure it to the logic board (screws sold separately).
The eDP cable is also secured to the display with four Torx T3 screws and two separate brackets (sold separately).

COMPATIBILITY

- Both of the Model "Axxxx" and EMC "xxxx " Number are located beneath the lower case of the laptop, please double check it to determine the compatibility.
