This is a replacement short embedded display flex cable that connects the display daughter board to the logic board. It is compatible with MacBook Pro 13" with Retina Display and Touch Bar released in Late 2016 t through Mid 2020

This display flex cable is also called the eDP (Embedded DisplayPort) cable.
The eDP cable connects the LCD panel of the display assembly to the logic board.
The cable carries signal from the LCD screen, FaceTime HD camera, and Ambient light sensor to the logic board.
