• 250g pasta of your choice
• 100g heavy whipping cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to your liking if needed)
• 4 - 5 tablespoons PJ KABOS White Truffle Oil

Step by step instructions:

In a small bowl combine eggs, heavy whipping cream, freshly ground black pepper and salt. Set aside. Boil your pasta accordingly to the instructions on the package. Once cooked drain but do not rinse otherwise sauce won’t stick to the pasta. Transfer pasta to a non stick pan, add egg mixture and white truffle olive oil and set it over a medium heat constantly mixing. Take off the heat once you can see your sauce is creamy and it wraps around pasta. Serve immediately with some extra crushed black pepper and grated parmesan.
