INGREDIENTS Rusk, Wheat Flour, Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Cumin, White Pepper, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Oregano, Smoked Paprika Worcester Sauce Powder, Flavour enhancer E621, Emulsifier E450, Preservative sodium sulphite, Vegetable Oil, Dextrose, Antioxidant E300, Acid E330, Spice extracts, Food colour E120, Anti caking agent E551 DIRECTIONS 1. Put 1kg minced meat (atleast 20 fat) into a big bowl. Add 150g of water to the mix allowing all the meat to soak up the water. 2. Add 90g seasoning to your meat and mix it in thoroughly. Put the meat back into the fridge or the freezer and leave for 30 minutes. 3. Once the meat is cold, weigh out 120g of mince.
