Perfect BBQ Burger mix that brings an added smokiness to this already flavoursome burger. This Texas inspired mix is a blend of smoked paprika, cumin, Worcester sauce and chopped onions. The beautiful smoked flavour makes for a distinct Texas burger with an added twist. A beautiful burger that sets a smoky base for you to add your favourite toppings to. INGREDIENTS Rusk, Wheat Flour, Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Cumin, White Pepper, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Oregano, Smoked Paprika Worcester Sauce Powder, Flavour enhancer E621, Emulsifier E450, Preservative sodium sulphite, Vegetable Oil, Dextrose, Antioxidant E300, Acid E330, Spice extracts, Food colour E120, Anti caking agent E551 DIRECTIONS 1. Put 1kg minced meat (atleast 20 fat) into a big bowl. Add 150g of water to the mix allowing all the meat to soak up the water. 2. Add 90g seasoning to your meat and mix it in thoroughly. Put the meat back into the fridge or the freezer and leave for 30 minutes. 3. Once the meat is cold, weigh out 120g of mince. Roll the mince into balls and form into burgers using the bottom of your hand or using a burger press. 4. Put the burgers back into the fridge until you are ready to cook them. See more
