Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is it a painless wax kit
Hard wax is often called painless waxing. Everyone has different pain to lerance levels. Certain areas are more sensitive than other areas, because you are pulling your hair from the roots, and it is normal to have slight discomfort. As waxing continues, the pain will decrease. Plus, your hair may appear to grow back slower and finer. Win-win!
2. Is this waxing kit suitable for sensitive skin
The wax beans and pre-wax & after-wax sprays we include are made with natural gentle ingredients to minimize skin irritation and inflammation and are also safe for all types of skin.
3. How long does it take the wax beans to melt
Depending on the number of wax beads used. Adjust the temperature to a maximum of 248. It takes 10 minutes for 80 grams (2.8 ounces) of wax beans to completely melt the wax.
4. Why didn't the wax remove all my hair
--The hair was too short. The ideal length for wax to grip and remove hair from root is 0.25-0.75inch(0.6-2cm).
--The wax is too cool. Heat the wax until it's the consistency of honey.
--Sometimes hair grows in multiple directions. Try a second application while applying the wax in an alternate direction.
--Apply more pressure with the applicator. A firm press ensures each hair is shrink-wrapped with wax.
5. How can I clean the waxing pot
To clean your waxing pot, first, use up any remaining wax. While the wax machine is powered off but still warm, use cotton muslin strips or paper towels to wipe clean. You can also use a small amount of oil to wipe it clean.
Warm Tips: Do Not use cotton pads since these can break and stick to the paste, causing a mess.
