About Charging:

a.USB cable: Make sure the USB cable is connected properly and that you are using the original cable that came with it.

b.USB 2.0 Port: Make sure the player is connected to USB 2.0. (others occasionally cause loading problems).

c.AC Charger : Standard USB chargers (1 amp 5 volts) .

About No sound or with background noise:

a.When using this device for the first time, please make sure that you have already downloaded the music with the correct format (the format of the music file is preferably MP3).

b.If you use multiple time, safter the earphone is completely dry, , unplug the main player and then repeat 6-8 times.

About Earplugs:

We will send 3 pairs earplugs (small, medium, large) in each package. You can change the earplugs to suit you.

About Computer and MP3 recognition problems

a.Make sure the USB is clean and dry prior to inserting into your computer.

b.Make sure the four metal prongs are facing upward and fully inserted into the USB port.

c.Make sure you don't have any antivirus programs blocking this USB.

d.Try another USB port on your computer or try using the black connecting cable included with your MP3 player.

e.Press the Reset Button and try again.

f.When you see your MP3 player appear on your computer you are now ready to copy your music selection.

Note: Do not unplug the MP3 player while copying files.

How do I switch from shuffle to order playing?

a.The default setting is shuffle playing.

b.Press the volume down button for 3 seconds and release. This will change your play from shuffle to order play.

c.Repeating this process will return the playing to shuffle play.

Note: The rules for order playing are: Song titles starting with a number will play smallest to highest, followed by song titles beginning with a letter in alphabetical order A to Z.
