1. Each person's ear canal size is different, and the left and right ears also vary in size.
2. The age reference in the Size Chart is based on averages; it is not the absolute standard.
3. There may be several sizes that are suitable for your ear canal. Please find the most comfortable size.
4. If having an issue with improper size, please consult us first providing with the user’s age and gender. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution.

The latest Size Indication as of April 2023 is the one to consult in case it may vary from the Age Group on box.

Size 0: Infant Baby Maybe 3-12months [Previously indicated as 0-1yrs may not be accurate enough.]

Size 1: Kids Maybe 1.5yr-4.5yr & ExtraSmall Ear Women&Teens

Size 2: Kids Maybe 6yrs-14yrs & Medium Ear Women

Size 3: Medium Ear Men & Large Ear Women&Teens

Size 4: Large Ear Men

A-Series: Size 1A=0.8, 2A=1.8, 3A=2.8

A-Series fit for Narrow Ear Canal, Easier put-in, Less fall-out and Cover Size Gap of Classic Series, but the comfort is slightly less than that of Classic Series.

Note: There might be 3-5% people could not find any size fit because of unusual ear canal.
