FAQ

• Is this a 100% vegan product? - This is a 100% vegan product with no animal-derived ingredients.
• Is it a Halal nail? - It is a nail that water can penetrate, and because it is vegan, it does not contain pork ingredients. Also, it has the advantage that it can be removed quickly before prayers.
• Should I apply a base coat? - It's not compatible with regular oil nail polish base coats. And it doesn't really require a base coat because it's a non-pigmented product.
• Does it come off if you get it on your clothes? - If it is still not hardened, wipe it off with a wet tissue. If it hardens, it will come off as a powder if you rub it gently, but rather than rubbing it off, we recommend using the washing machine as usual. (However, it may be different depending on the material of the fiber, so please be careful not to apply it on anything other than your nails.)
• How long does it last? - Durability varies depending on the user's nail surface condition and lifestyle. If you follow the application method carefully and apply the top coat one more time in the middle, it will last about 7 days on average.
• My nail turns white when removed, is it damaged? - It is the residue of nail polish that is formed when the nail is removed. Most of them wash off when you wipe with a wet tissue or wash your hands.Even if it does not fall off after a long period of time, long-term use can damage the nails, so for the health of the nails, we recommend removing them within a week and replacing them with a different color.
• When removing the nail, it does not come off at once. I have to scrape it, why so? - If it is applied too thinly, it can tear when peeled off, making it uncomfortable. Apply it with a certain thickness and be sure to apply a top coat.
• If it is water-based, will it be erased by water? - It is a water-based nail polish that uses water as a solvent, not an organic solvent or plastic. But after it dries, it cannot be erased by water.
• I think it's hardened. What should I do? - Our product is made up of a water base. If it's too hardened and too viscous to use, add a drop or two of water and shake it.
• I received the product and it looks like it's cracked or detached. - The solid content is high depending on the color, so the pigment may subside over time. It's not an old product and you can use it if you shake it enough before using it.
• There's a crack when you apply it. - There are three main reasons for this.

1. There may be impurities that have not been removed by alcohol swap. Please wash your hands thoroughly with soap and reapply.
2. If you apply the product again without drying it, it may crack due to the difference in drying time between the outside and the inside. After the right color dries to a certain extent, reapply.
3. If the surface of your nails is rough, there is a possibility that the product will crack. In this case, rather than applying the color for the first time, apply a top coat to smooth your nails and apply the color.
