Doenjang Jjigae Bring water to a boil Add two spoonful of Korean doenjang Slice vegetables like zucchini, mushroom, tofu, gochugaru and pumpkin Put vegetables when it is boiling Serve with rice	Korean BBQ Marinade Thinly slice meat Mix doenjang, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, honey, sesame oil and minced garlic Add the meat and marinate for 30 minutes Cook the marinated meat over medium high heat	Ssamjang Dip Sauce Ssamjang is doenjang-based gochujang mix that is usually served as a dipping sauce Mix doenjang and gochujang Add water as needed to thin sauce (aim for the consistency of blue cheese dressing) Serve with raw crudites and vegetable	Doenjang Eggplant Gui Mix soy sauce, doenjang, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic and spring onions Slice eggplant in half and season with salt Grill for 3-5 minutes until golden and soft Spread doenjang glaze over the flesh and grill for 3 minutes
