Solid steel construction and a sturdy C-clamp/grommet base support anywhere from 4.4 to 14.3 lbs and keep your monitor safe and secure. Attaching the VESA Plate The open slot VESA plate makes screen mounting easy! Insert screws into the top 2 holes on your monitor, slide the plate onto the screws, and then insert the bottom screws. Fits most screens with VESA 75x75mm or 100x100mm.	C-clamp Installation The C-clamp is a sturdy attachment method for those who do not have a pre-installed opening in their office desk. The clamp fits desks up to 3.2" in thickness and secures in place by tightening the bolt with the provided Allen key.	Grommet Installation The grommet mount boasts maximum security and inserts through a pre-installed opening in your desk. Simple hand tightening is all that's required for this mounting option as well. Perfect for office setups in high traffic areas.	Tension Adjustment The pneumatic arm allows you to tailor the stand's tension to the weight of your screen. Turn the bolt clockwise to reduce the tension for lighter monitors and counter-clockwise to increase the tension for heavier monitors.
