A high strength violet natural flavouring – a floral perfumed sweet violet flavour great for bakery, ice cream, confectionery and more. This is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted. It is for use in foodstuffs only and is not to be consumed directly. For best results dilute the flavour into a key wet ingredient such as water milk or egg. Only a few drops are needed so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. Suitable for the following diets: Coeliac, Ovo-lacto vegetarians, Vegans, Kosher. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. 15ml bottle INGREDIENTS Natural Flavouring Substances, Flavouring Preparations, Organic Ethanol. DIRECTIONS For best results dilute our brandy flavour into a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will 'flash off' so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.
