Vigorous Mountains started its mushrooms picking , drying , producing and packing since year of 1996 .

Located at a picturesque county of China - Qingyuan of Zhejiang ,which is well known as "world birthplace of cultivated shiitake mushrooms " , it has more than 85% forest coverage rate , clean air and good biodiversity .

Features:

Easy Preparation

Soak in warm water for 10 minutes or until soft .

Strain reconstituted mushrooms through a coffee filter , reserving flavorful liquid .

Gently rinse mushrooms under running water and add cleaned mushrooms to your desired dishes.

Reserved Liquid can be added to recipe as needed to achieve desired consistency and intensity of mushroom flavor .
