Start with a Clean, Dry cutting board or Butcher Block. Use a suitable soap if the surfaces are particularly dirty.	Apply a small amount of the Verdana Organic Food Grade Cutting Board Oil on the surface of the board.	With a cloth or paper towel, spread the oil to obtain a light coat of the oil on the entire surface, taking care to cover all grooves and sides. Let the oil penetrate and fill the pores for 20-30 minutes. Wipe away excess with a paper towel. Add more oil as necessary while doing this.	Voila! A fresh looking cutting board with the protection from the Verdana Food Grade Organic Cutting Board Oil.
