Post industrial waste is collected and sorted by separating plastic by thickness, colour, size, and plastic type. The plastic is then cleaned before being grinded back down to pellet sized pieces. The pellets are then melted down and forced though an extruder to produce plastic sheets.

Self Adhesive Coala Paper

Coala paper is an alternative to PVC self-adhesive vinyl for indoor applications which are better for the environment.

Coala paper stick is a plastic free, paper-based material with a white satin finish, a water based adhesive and kraft liner.

Sourced from environmentally and socially responsible paper.

Best suited for indoor use on dry, smooth & clean surfaces. Can be used outside but may degrade after 6 months use.

One of the best alternatives to using PVC vinyl.

PVC vinyl contain dangerous chemicals. As these degrade over time they can leach these toxins out which can evaporate into the air over time.
