Why people need a USB to HDMI converter?

Firstly, Any webCAM deserves to have a TAO 1tiny and becomes a HDMI camera.

TAO 1tiny is for people who already have a USB Webcam.

All these customers can use TAO 1tiny to convert to HDMI output. It benefits the users who use the commercial cameras to show content.

Doesn’t matter to use TAO 1tiny for production or conference, it says, TAO 1tiny is Linux based and a lite PC.

Secondly, Any LED display deserves to have a mini + TAO 1tiny.

Any LED display deserves to have a video processor which supports the customer to use a commercial monitor but do not need to take expensive Graphics Card with PC solution!

This is especially useful for the events production company and wedding teams, who have LED display and LCD ultra size display for the events market.

Why need TAO 1tiny to implement another HDMI output?

As the backup, in case of the original HDMI output port fail to work in the important event.

USB C to HDMI supports resolution up to 4K providing vivid video and enhanced audio.

Before using, please follow the instructions illustrated below:

1. Connect the power port to the power supply.

2. Connect the HDMI 2.0 output port to the monitor using an HDMI cable.

3. Connect the USB-C input port to the USB camera using a USB-C cable.

Please take note of the following instructions:

1. The adapter's power should not be lower than 5V/2A/10W.

2. Do not use the USB port of the computer for the power supply.

3. In case you need to control OBSBOT Tiny Series or OBSBOT Meet Series with a remote control, you can connect the OBSBOT remote control (Meet control and Tiny control) Receiver to the USB 2.0 port.

4. If the UVC signal is 4K@30fps, HDMI output to 4K monitor, the output resolution will turn up to 4K@60fps to adapt to the real effect of the monitor.

How can I upgrade the RGBlink TAO 1tiny using a USB flash drive?

1. Download and Copy Upgrade File: First, download the upgrade file from the RGBlink website. Copy this file to the root directory of your USB flash drive. It's recommended to use a flash drive with no other files on it, as additional files may increase the time needed for the upgrade.

2. Prepare the Device: Power on your TAO 1tiny and connect the input and output as usual. Then, insert the USB flash drive into the device. Wait for about 10 seconds, and you should see a prompt indicating that the upgrade is starting.

3. Upgrade Process: The upgrade process typically takes around 1.5 minutes. During this time, avoid disturbing the power supply to prevent any interruption that could lead to a failed upgrade. You'll see a screen message: “In upgrading progress, please make sure its power on!”

4. Automatic Restart: Once the upgrade is successful, the TAO 1tiny will automatically restart. You will see the boot logo and notice a change in the program version.

5. Version Confirmation: Upon subsequent start-ups, the device will display the new program version for about 4 seconds, confirming the successful upgrade.

Remember, it's crucial to ensure a stable power supply during the entire process to avoid any issues.

Due to the particularity of the UVC protocol, different UVC devices require different drivers. The current TAO 1tiny cannot fully cover it. We will try our best to cover the mainstream UVC camera drivers.
