Q:	How to use the PD port on the hub?
A:	The PD port of this product needs to connect to a charger, while the USB C port has to connect to your laptop.
-	1) Please use a charger above 65W and a cable that supports fast charging.
-	2) This PD port cannot be used as an output power source to charge your mobile phone or other electronic devices.
Q:	Can three USB ports be used at the same time?
A:	Yes, you can connect the mouse, keyboard, mobile hard disk, card reader and other devices at the same time. Just ensure that the total current does not exceed 900mA.
Q:	Why does my mouse lag and delay when I use the product?
A:	This type of situation is not common to see. You could follow the steps below:
-	1) Check the compatibility of your product against the User Guide on our product page;
-	2) Try to connect other USB devices to make sure it is not the problem with your USB device;
-	3) Check whether the current is overloaded, and make sure that the current of all connected USB devices added together cannot exceed 900mA;
-	4) Try to reconnect to another USB-C port on your device/restart the device.
Q:	Can I use this usb port on the hub for charging?
A:	This product is not recommended to charge your external devices (Phones, Tablets, etc.) Since it only supports 5V/1A.
