Before you Order
1) Make sure that your Device is for Apple Pencil 1st Generation and iPad 10th Generation.
How to Pair your iPencil (1st generation) with your iPad (10th generation)
1) You might need to charge your iPencil before you can use it.
2) Remove the cap and plug your Apple Pencil into the USB-C to Apple Pencil Adapter.
If your iPencil won't pair with your iPad
1) Connect your Pencil 1st Generation to your iPad:
Remove the cap and plug your iPencil into the USB-C to iPencil Adapter.
2) Restart your iPad, then try to pair again.
3) Go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is turned on.
4) On the same screen, find your iPencil under My Devices. If you find it, tap Information icon. Then tap Forget this Device.
5) Connect your iPencil into your iPad and tap the Pair button when it appears after a few seconds.
6) If the Pair button doesn't appear, wait for 5-10 minutes while your iPencil 1st gen charges. Then try connecting your Pen again and wait until the Pair button appears.
