System Requirements:

Window laptops must have a full-function Type-C port (Power Delivery, Display output, and Data transfer) or Macbooks with Thunderbolt 3/USB 4.0 port. See the compatibility list in "Product guides and documents". You can confirm the compatibility with us or the laptop manufacturer.

Note:

You can set Display, Resolution and Refresh Rate on the Gerneral Setting.

Resolution can only reach up to 2560*1440/60HZ when using the Dual HDMI output.

It's not suggested to connect three monitors at the same time. But if you need to do so, please turn off the laptop screen( Click“Second screen only”) after connecting.

Note: When MAC OS needs to extend the display, you need to click on "Display" in Preferences, select the Arrangement, and then click Cancel "Mirror displays". Compatible with the latest MacBook (M1 chip)

*Triple Display: One display of HDMI2 output, one display of HDMI1 or Display Port, one screen of laptop. (Resolution can only reach up to 1920*1080@60HZ when connecting 3 extra monitors at the same time. Please turn off laptop screen( Click“second screen only”) after connecting.)

*MST FUNCTION: only Windows support MST, Mac OS DOSE NOT support Triple Display

*We do not recommend to play 2 videos at the same time when extend two extra monitors, because the Tiergrade USB C Hub has only one audio output.

*Please connect your laptop's power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port when using high consumption devices. It supports ONE hard drive max.

*Power is shared between all dock-connected USB C devices. If you would like to enjoy the fast charge, please choose over 72W Adapter.

*The USB ports are not recommended to charge devices due to low output.

*DO NOT use a USB-C to USB-A adapter to connect this device with your laptop.
