Q1: Does it support 4K@60Hz?
Yes, the hub supports 4K@60Hz, but please note that 4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with activated DP 1.4 Alt Mode. If your host only supports DP1.2, it will only output a maximum of 4K@30Hz. Supports HDR and HDCP2.2 & 1.4, 4: 4: 4, 8bit with 18Gbps bandwidth

Q2: How can you adjust the resolution according to your system?
To set the resolution manually under Windows, hold down the "Option" key and click on "Scaled"
To manually set the resolution for your Mac OS, go to "Mac Settings" - "System" - "Display". If you want to play audio through the external HDMI device, please change the setting "the default audio output device" in the system settings
Q3: Does the USB 3.0 port support charging?
Yes, you can use the USB-A port to charge your cellphone, but it will be slow. The USB port is primarily intended for data transfer and does not support high charging power (you should not charge the tablet, however)
Q4: Is the USB C multiport compatible with all laptops with Type C ports?
No, for the USB C hub your laptop must support data, charging and video output via the type C connection (DP Alt mode)
