1 yellow pepper
300g broccoli florets
150g sugar snap peas
Coriander

Instructions

Serves: 4

Brown 400g of diced chicken breast in a little oil for 3-4 minutes.
Add sliced peppers and spring onions, broccoli florets and sugar snap peas.
Add the contents of the jar, stir and cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
Heat 2 pouches of cooked BEN'S ORIGINAL Wholegrain Microwave Rice as directed on pack.
Divide sweet & sour mix between plates and serve with a side of rice.
