Our Panko is produced in Italy, following the Japanese recipe. By producing breadcrumbs near us we can offer our customers a fresh and excellent quality product. Perfectly designed for a crispy and dry fried food.

Panko Japanese breadcrumbs

Our Japanese breadcrumbs are made respecting the original Japanese recipe, but it is made with local bread. We receive the product every week in our factory where we work it and ship to customers. We thus offer a product that is always fresh and recently produced, where the characteristics remain unchanged. Freshness, crunchiness and aroma are ready to be released for your fried food.

UMAMI - Our Japanese proposal -

Umami was born from the union of a Japanese and an Italian family. We produce our own products, we look for quality raw materials to offer our customers and import everything we need directly from Japan. Our goal: to propose quality products.

Our Panko is made in Italy, therefore it is a fresh product. We receive every week so the product is always freshly made. Fish, meat, vegetables are perfect to use. Thanks to the dry and non-oily result, it is more digestible than traditional breading. During frying, Panko swells and protects meat, fish or vegetables from the oil, resulting in a dry, crunchy and non-oily finish. Japanese-style breadcrumbs, produced in Italy, without preservatives or dyes.
