Smooth Surface&Filleted Corner The wooden fingerboard with fillet(R5) for all the pockets edges and smooth polished on all the surface of the pockets, jugs, slopes or the pinches which allows long-term hanging and no pains on fingers. As our hagboard is made by natural solid wood with no burrs and sharp edges, soft for the skin when hang.	Complete Solid Wood Block The hangboard made by spliced board is easy to break, which is really dangerous. If made by compressed wood, the polish is always not good and easy to get injured. Like climbing on the rock, no mistakes are allowed. so, our hangboard is CNC from a complete piece of solid wood, which is much stronger and more durable.	Climbing Hanger The Climbing Hanger is made by #304 and with M10 hole. It is safe enough to hang any more weight as you want when you want to change the difficulty of hanging. Otherwise, you may use this climbing hanger to add some other training itmes, like rubber band, pull up grips, bricks and so on. It is easy to fix on or remove. So, just take away when you don't want it on the board.	Rubber Plates As climbers, when you become more advanced on climbing, you may need a more challenge hangboard to keep improving. Buy a new oneNo.,then the two rubber plates(3mm Thickness) can help you make the pocket shallower. That means, you can keep training on one hangboard from beginning to be advanced.

Two Choice of Material

Beech wood is stronger and more heavey; The boxwood is more skin friendly and lighter. Both are strong enough and durable for hanging. The Beech wood is red color and the boxwood is grey or light yellow color. As it is nature wood, so the color is different for each hangboard.

This hangboard coming with 9 pcs of self tapping screws, 5 pcs of M4*50mm, and 4 pcs of M4*70mm. As well, we equiped 9 pcs of expansion tubes. If installing on wall without studs, recommend using a backboard (not included) to mount the rock climbing hangboard to Exercise Anywhere.
