How to Set it up


Step 1 - Charge fully in your TV Ears Transmitter Place TV Ears Headset into your existing TV Ears Transmitter. Headset is compatible with TV Ears 5.0 systems including the TV Ears Original (#11641) , TV Ears Digital (#11741) and TV Ears Digital - Dual Headset Bundle (#11841)	Step 2 - Adjust Tone/Volume Remove the headset from the charging cradle and gently adjust the volume and tone dials to your preferred settings.	Step 3 - Enjoy the TV without Disturbing others The transmitter will continually send the television audio to the headset if the television is turned on and the headset is charged. No pairing or complex process required.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

If you're having sound issues, we recommend checking the following:

The infrared diodes on the transmitter must be in the line of sight with the headset when using the system.
Place the transmitter on a flat surface that is 3 to 5 feet above the ground.
Be sure it is pointed to the seating area where the headset will be used.
Static can normally indicate interference between the transmitter and the headset. Many times a reset of the transmitter can make the static go away.

Please follow the below-listed steps in order to perform a system reset:

Unplug everything from the transmitter (Audio & Power).
Wait about 10 seconds then firmly reconnect all cords.
Place the transmitter 3 to 5 feet off the ground and away from any obstructions.
Confirm the transmitter is receiving power by placing a headset in the charging cradle and making sure the charging light illuminates.
If you do not receive a clear sound after the reset, please reach out to us for further troubleshooting.
