Connect Multiple DVI and HDMI Displays to a Single Computer

Use a USB 3.0 port on your laptop or desktop computer to connect two external monitors. Tripp Lite’s USB 3.0 to DVI and HDMI Dual Monitor Video Display Adapter has a port for an HDMI monitor and a port for a DVI or VGA monitor (connecting a VGA monitor requires a P120-000 DVI-I to VGA adapter). You can display video in either mirror or extended mode. The U344-001-HDDVI is a simple solution for viewing video across multiple screens. It supports video resolutions up to 2048 x 1152 and video streaming up to 1080p. Also, it automatically resumes from hibernation and suspend modes.

Expansion and Broad Compatibility

You can connect up to three adapters to a single computer, allowing for connection of up to six displays. The U344-001-HDDVI is compatible with Windows XP (32-bit), Vista (32- and 64-bit), 7 (32- and 64-bit) and 8 (32- and 64-bit). It is USB 3.0 compliant (5 Gbps) and backward compatible with USB 2.0 (but at USB 2.0 speeds).
