Welsh Heather Honey, 142g Unique amongst honeys with it's dark amber colour and protein content which produces a jelly like consistency. This is a very special honey, amongst the finest and rarest of Welsh honeys and is our only mono-floral honey on offer. Cold pressed, and coarsely filtered to retain utmost quality. Heather honey includes higher levels of pollen particles due to the coarse filtration. Perfect to enjoy with cheeses, on toast, breakfast cereals, smoothies or just on it's own!	Welsh Wildflower Honey, 142g A firm favourite, this Welsh wildflower honey does not disappoint. Packed with Welsh wildflower and summer blossoms from hawthorn, blackthorn to clover and bramble. Bees forage the unspoilt rural Welsh countryside to produce this special honey.	Welsh Autumn Honey, 142g Autumn 2021 turned out to be one of the mildest in recent years which enabled the bees to continue foraging longer than usual. This resulted in the production of this autumn honey with a distinctive taste of Ivy prominent within this hard setting honey. Completely different to the other two honeys on offer in this trio gift set and only a small limited amount of jars are available.

Each trio is presented in a beautiful gold foiled gift box with a foiled bilingual card insert in Welsh and English which features a commissioned watercolour of the wildflowers that make up the honeys included in the gift set.

The packaging used on our British honey gift set is 100 plastic-free, which you can throw in your recycling bin or compost. We are proud to be supporting other Welsh beekeepers by sourcing additional raw Welsh honey from them and bringing it to you. We have over 400 beehives located in the stunning unspoilt Welsh English countryside. Our Raw honey British is coarse-filtered. This is minimally filtered, unpasteurised and unblended to retain the natural goodness of honey. It will crystallise over time. Nothing was added and nothing was taken away.
