This customer-favourite poutine is an easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed using our TRIO Beef Gravy. This Gravy Mix works perfectly as a poutine gravy for all your dishes.

1. Prepare Beef Gravy Mix, set aside and hold warm.

2. Cut potatoes into a medium batonnet and submerge in cool water.

3. Drain completely and fry in small batches at 325 F until soft. Drain on wire rack over a sheet pan.

4. Increase fryer temperature to 375 F. Fry in small batches, until golden brown and crispy.

5. Season with sea salt, drizzle beef gravy mix, and top with cheese curds.
